Exercise Of Consulting Activity Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) For The Site: Replacement Of A Dn 1000 Transmission Gas Pipeline For Greece And North Macedonia In The Section From The Node For Connecting The Gas Pipeline To The Ikhtiman Compressor Station To The Village Of Venkovets The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project - Working Project Phase, With The Basic Requirements For Constructions According To Article 142, Paragraph 5 And 10 Of The Civil Code; 2. Provision Of Expert Support For The Project With The Competent Control Bodies; 3. Construction Supervision In Accordance With Article 168 2 Of The Construction Regulations And Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of Article 9, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For The Construction, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 The Minimum Requirements For Construction And Installation Work; 6. Drawing Up And Registering A Technical Passport For Construction In Accordance With Article 176A Of 28.12.2006 1,000 For The Republic Of Greece And The Republic Of North Macedonia From A Node For Connecting A Gas Transmission Pipeline At Ks Ihtiman To The Village Of Venkovets, Consists Of The Following Sub-Projects, Which Will Be Executed Simultaneously: Sub-Project - Line Part And Sub-Project - Crane Assemblies - Linear Crane Assembly B1 Guarded (Lk B1 Guarded) (New) And Crane Assembly Of Technological Connection - Bp1 (New).
