The Following Work Packages Are Planned: Work Package 1: Methodological Further Development Of The Instrument The Contractor, In Close Cooperation With The Client (Department Z 12), Develops An Overall Concept Optimally Tailored To The Bmv For The Further Development And Continuation Of Managerial Feedback. Work Package 2: Support With Communication And Acceptance Management In Addition To The Overall Concept Of Ap 1, The Contractor Develops A Communication Concept, Creates Information Materials, Holds Information Events For Managers And Employees And Supports Internal Communication. Work Package 3: Implementation Of The Periodic And Event-Related Feedback Processes The Contractor Implements The Periodic (Every Two Years) And Event-Related Feedback Processes (Executive Feedback And Short Format (Pulse Survey) At The Two Bmv Locations In Berlin And Bonn In Close Coordination With Department Z 12. Work Package 4: Evaluation And Reporting The Contractor Carries Out The Evaluation Of The Surveys And Creates Individual Results Reports As Well As Aggregated Evaluations. The Contractor Provides Support If Necessary The Presentation Of The Results To Management And Stakeholders. Work Package 5: Carrying Out The Evaluation Discussions; Short Coaching If Necessary. After The Respective Surveys, The Contractor Conducts A Discussion Via Webex (First With The Respective Managers And Then Together With All Participating Employees) In Order To Discuss The Results. If Necessary, The Manager Has The Opportunity To Take Advantage Of A Short Coaching Session Via Webex (Up To 5 Hours). And Recommendations For Action/Strategic Development After The Respective Feedback Cycles, The Contractor Creates Overall Analyzes With Recommendations For Action For Personnel Development, Leadership Culture And Organizational Development.
