The Platform Will Be A Business Intelligence (Bi) Solution Based Solely On Open Technologies (Foss), Ensuring Scalability And Security Of Data Processing. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design The Solution In A Way That Limits The Occurrence Of Single Points Of Failure In The Components Within The Scope Of Implementation. The Platform Is Intended To Enable The Effective Creation, Publication And Management Of Analytical Reports, As Well As The Visualization Of Data In The Form Of Charts, Tables, Maps And The Preparation Of Ready-Made Reports And/Or Dashboards, With The Simultaneous Possibility Of Defining Access Levels To Reports - From Internal Access To Public Sharing Of Data With Citizens And External Stakeholders. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Analyze The Data Resources Indicated By The Ordering Party And Prepare Analytical Reports And/Or Dashboards Based On Them, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements. An Important Purpose Of The Order Is Also To Prepare And Conduct Training For It Administrators And Substantive Users, Covering Both Administrative And Technical Aspects As Well As The Practical Use Of Reports, Dashboards And Analytical Functions Of The System. The Construction Of A Platform For Environmental Data Analysis Aims To Improve And Expand The Functionality Of Data Viewing By Citizens, Along With The Possibility Of Independent Analysis Of This Data. The Tool Will Provide Users With More Effective And Efficient Access To Gioś Data And Will Contribute To The Dissemination Of Environmental Data.
