Pr16365 // The General Renovation Of The Sankt Christophorus Kindergarten In Percha Includes The Integration Of An Additional Kindergarten Group Into The Existing L-Shaped Building From The 1960S. The Building Is Partly Two-Story With A Hipped Roof And Partly Single-Story With A Flat Roof. The Two-Story Part Has A Simple Linear Balcony. The External Walls Are Made Of Masonry And The Windows Are Equipped With Double Glazing. An Important Part Of The Renovation Is The Functional Inclusion Of A Former Apartment On The Upper Floor In Order To Create Space For The Additional Desired Kindergarten Group. Before The Actual Planning In Performance Phase 1, The Desired Pedagogical Concept Is Determined And Checked For Its Feasibility. The Spatial Program Is Developed, Taking Into Account In Particular The Eligible Ranges Of The Desired Fag Funding. For The Entire Measure, A Gross Cost Limit Of €4.0 Million Was Approved And Set For Cost Groups 200 To 700. Estimated Total Costs Included In This For The Interim Measure: Approx. € 0.4 Million Gross The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Create A Modern, Child-Friendly Environment In A Renovated Building That Meets The Current Requirements Of Educational Institutions, Taking Into Account The Economic Conditions. The Milestones For Implementing The Project Stipulate: - Start Of Work: October 2026 - Start Of Construction: October 2027 - Completion: October 2029 The Total Costs Of The Project (Kg 200-600) Are Estimated At €3,580,047 Gross Including Alternative Accommodation, And Are Divided Into The Following Distribution Of The Kg: - Kg 200 €75,083 - Kg 300 €2,213,474 - Kg 400 €789,882 - Kg 500 €309,345 - Kg 600 €192,214 The Upper Cost Limit Of The Project (Kg 200-700) Is Estimated At €4,084,080. It Is Intended To Commission The Following Services With This Tender: Technical Equipment Services, System Groups 4, 5 And 6, In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai-Lph 1-9 The Services Will Be Commissioned In Stages. First, In The 1St Commissioning Stage, The Service Phases 1+2 Are Commissioned In Accordance With Hoai. The Performance Phases 3-9 Are Accessed Gradually. There Is No Legal Right To An Overall Order.
