Refuse Collection Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Iwkowa Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Called: Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Iwkowa Commune, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I.E. The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), Implementing Regulations To The Above-Mentioned Acts And Resolutions Of The Commune Council In Iwkowa Adopted On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Acts. 2. These Services Consist In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Iwkowa Commune And Waste From Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Intended For Recreation And Recreation Purposes. 3. When Carrying Out The Task Of Collecting And Managing Municipal Waste Collected From The Iwkowa Commune, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Collected Municipal Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Małopolska Voivodeship. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Waste In Regional Installations Specified In The Waste Management Plan Of The Małopolska Voivodeship. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Services, The Method Of Performing The Order And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In The Following Documents: - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz For Short) And - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, I.E. Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With Annexes. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Work In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Swz, With The Applicable Regulations And Standards In This Regard, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, As Well As With Due Diligence. 7.
