Consultative Engineering And Construction Services – Exercising Consulting Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Development Of The Site Replacement Of A Dn 700 Transmission Gas Pipeline In The Section From The Lom-Cherkovna Gas Pipeline Treatment Station To The Polski Senovets Compressor Station And Construction Of A New Polski Senovets Gas Treatment Plant. Exercise Of Consulting Activity Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) Of The Site Replacement Of A Dn 700 Transmission Gas Pipeline In The Section From The Lom-Cherkovna Gas Pipeline Treatment Station To The Polski Senovets Compressor Station And The Construction Of A New Polski Senovets Gas Treatment Plant. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities For Each Of The Construction Stages: • Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project - Phase Of The Working Project, With The Main Requirements For The Constructions According To Art. 142, Para. 5 And Paragraph 10 Of The Zut; • Providing Expert Support To The Contracting Authority And The Designer In The Coordination Of The Investment Projects With The Competent Control Authorities, Operating Companies And Interested Parties; • Preparation Of A Complex Report According To Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of Zut; • Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 168, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut And Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products; • Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator For The Stage Of Construction Implementation According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works; • Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; • Compilation And Registration Of A Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions. Construction Replacement Of A Dn 700 Gas Transmission Pipeline In The Section From The Lom-Cherkovna Gas Pipeline Treatment Station To The Polski Senovets Compressor Station And Construction Of A New Polski Senovets Gas Pipeline Consists Of The Following Stages: Stage 1: Reconstruction Of A Transmission Gas Pipeline From The Lom-Cherkovna Gas Pipeline To The Agrs Byala Gas Pipeline, Including: Lom Cherkovna Gas Pipeline, Linear Part Of The Gas Pipeline, Safety Valve Of The Go For Agrs Byala And Skz Lom Cherkovna; Stage 2: Reconstruction Of A Transmission Gas Pipeline From The Go For Agrs Byala To Crane B Of Cs Polski Senovets And Construction Of Sog Polski Senovets, Including: Linear Part Of The Gas Pipeline, Lc Petko Karavelovo, Lc A, Kv 7, Kv 8, Lc 20, Kv 21, Lc 31 And Lc B, Regulating Node For Kv Polski Senovets 2, Sog Polski Senovets And Stations For Cathodic Protection (Scp). A Separate Building Permit Will Be Issued For Each Stage, And The Stages Will Be Implemented Sequentially. The Sequence Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority According To The Technological Possibility Of Natural Gas Transmission.
