Building Cleaning Services – Maintenance Cleaning Of An Administrative Building At The Vbg Headquarters In Hamburg-Barmbek. The Cleaning Services Are Divided Into Room Groups According To The Price Sheet_Calculation And Are Carried Out In Full And Visual Cleaning. The Total Cleaning Area Is Approximately 18,900 M2. The Property Is Centrally Located In The Barmbek District Of Hamburg, Right Next To The Barmbek Subway And S-Bahn Station. Drosselstraße Runs To The North, Massaquoipassage To The East And Krüsistraße To The South. The House Consists Of Three Parts. The Entire Building Has Two Underground Parking Garages. In Every Part Of The Building There Are Cleaning Supplies Rooms With Water Connections, Toilet Cores, Disabled Toilets And Kitchenettes/Pantry Rooms On Every Floor. The Individual Floors Are Accessible Via Stairwells And Elevators. The Cleaning Areas And Their Associated Cleaning Groups Are Described In Detail In The Price Sheet Calculation And Cleaning Groups And Cleaning Cycle Appendixes. The Cleaning Staff Has Access To The Building For Preparatory Activities (Changing Work Clothes, Instructions From The Person Responsible For The Property) At The Earliest 15 Minutes Before The Start Of Cleaning Work. The Building Must Be Left Immediately After Completing The Activities (Including Changing Work Clothing). Changing Work Clothes Is Only Permitted In The Changing Rooms. To Ensure The Quality Of The Results, The Contractor Must Carry Out A Quality Control Once A Month (A Total Of 12 Quality Controls Per Year) According To A Structured Test Procedure And Document The Implementation And Results; This Must Be Clearly Explained To The Client. The Quality Controls May Only Be Carried Out By Qualified Personnel (Va Or Property Management) And Not By The Cleaning Staff Working On Site; They Are The Basis For Acceptance Of The Service Provided. The Dates For The Quality Controls Must Be Agreed In Advance With The Client, Who Reserves The Right To Take Part In The Test Procedure. The Contractor Or His Uan Are Obliged To Replace The Employees They Use To Provide The Service If The Client Requests This For Important Reasons. Property Management: - The Contractor Names The Property Management And His Deputy By Name. The Contractor Must Ensure A Replacement Arrangement For Illness And Absence Of The Property Management And Make This Known To The Client. - Only Appropriately Trained Specialist Personnel With Many Years Of Experience In Comparable Properties May Be Employed As Property Managers. The Change In Property Management Will Only Take Place After Prior Agreement With The Client. - The Property Management Carries Out Quality Controls. - The Assigned Property Management Must Have The Authority To Issue Instructions And The Right To Dispose Of The Employees Deployed. The Property Manager Or His Representative Can Be Reached By Telephone And Electronically By Email From Monday To Thursday From 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. And Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.
