The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Organizational And Logistic Services Related To The Preparation And Implementation Of The Event In Krakow Entitled 1St Małopolska Seniors Day, Including: 1) Provision Of A Presenter/Animator And A Special Guest, 2) Reporting Services (Photographic Documentation, Audiovisual Recording Of The Event), 3) Catering Service (Max. 500 People), 4) Translation Into Polish Sign Language - In Real Time, 5) Organization Of A Mini Review Of Seniors Artistic Work (Max. 6 Performers), 6) Organization And Operation Of Activity Zones (Min. 3 Zones: Educational Activity Zone; Physical Activity Zone; Games, Fun And Entertainment Zone Dedicated To Seniors), 7) Organization Of Exhibition Space (Max. 10 Exhibition And Promotional Stands, Including A Photo Booth/Photo Mirror), 8) Coordination And Logistic Support Of The Event, 9) Provision Of Starter Packages For Seniors (Max. 500 Pcs.) 10) Provision Of Appropriate Medical Support, Including A Medical Point And An Ambulance. 2. The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz, It Will Be Included As Annex No. 1 To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4.
