Request for proposals for Trainers for Youth Training and Engagement Program Service Location: Ramallah ROA Center for Political and Strategic Studies Tender Description Request for Proposals Background ROA Center for Political and Strategic Studies is a Palestinian nonprofit organization based in Ramallah, established in early 2024 by researchers and practitioners. Rooted in principles of justice, inclusivity, and self-determination, ROA serves as a collaborative vessel for Palestinian, regional, and international actors to address political, social, geographical, and intellectual fragmentation and erasure resulting from the prolonged Israeli occupation. Purpose We seek three qualified trainers to design and facilitate three advanced training modules, aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of youth participants in communication, social justice, public policy, and advocacy. Scope of Work Selected trainers will undertake the following: Training Material Development: Draft methodology and activity outlines for ROA Teams approval. Create engaging training materials, including presentations and interactive tools. Training Delivery Coordinate logistics and schedules with the ROA team. Conduct training using approved methodologies. Reporting and Evaluation Prepare assessment reports detailing training outcomes and participant skill acquisition. Deliverables Comprehensive training agenda and materials (digital and print) Final report on training outcomes Evaluation report based on pre and post-training assessments Modules Overview Timeline Modules are scheduled for delivery between July and November 2026, with three training days allocated for each module. Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field At least 5 years of experience in training delivery Proven track record of engaging youth through interactive methodologies Submission Guidelines Trainers should submit the following: Expression of Interest (EOI) showcasing qualifications and understanding of the scope Description of proposed methodology and work plan References from previous relevant projects Curriculum vitae (CV) Itemized financial proposal Deadline Proposals are due by July 12th.
