Terms of Reference: Raneen Yemen Foundation, a Yemeni non-profit civil society organization that is officially registered, announces its desire to contract with qualified service providers to provide computer, electronic and electrical equipment supply and installation services in the governorates of Taiz and Hadhramaut, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). Resonate Yemen Foundation, a registered non-profit Yemeni civil society organization, invites qualified service providers to submit technical and financial proposals for the supply and installation of computers and other electronic -electrical equipment in Taiz and Hadramout Governorates, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (TORs). Service provider terms The service provider must meet the following requirements: - Ability to supply equipment to the targeted governorates according to the addresses specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for each governorate. - Direct delivery of equipment to the beneficiaries without any intervention from the beneficiary party. - Obtaining an official delivery receipt or notification from the beneficiary party after delivery and sending it to Raneen Yemen Foundation. - Possession of a valid commercial registration and tax card. Service Provider Requirements The service provider must meet the following requirements: 1- Be capable of supplying and delivering the required equipment to the locations specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for each governorate. 2- Deliver the equipment directly to the designated beneficiary institutions without any involvement from the beneficiaries. 3- Obtain an official delivery and acceptance document signed by the receiving institution upon delivery and submit it to Resonate Yemen Foundation. 4- Hold a valid Commercial Registration Certificate and Tax Card. Attached documents (4) Terms of Reference (TOR) have been attached for the supply of computer equipment and other electronic devices in the governorates of Taiz and Hadhramaut. Attached Documents Four (4) Terms of Reference (TORs) are attached for the supply of computers and other electronic equipment in Taiz and Hadramout Governorates. The service provider can offer: For all requests in both governorates, or one governorate, or according to the services available to you. Separate price quotations must be submitted for each governorate and for each type of supply, as per the attachments. Service providers may submit quotations for: Both governorates and all requested items; or Only the governorates and supply packages they are capable of providing. Separate quotations must be submitted for each governorate and for each supply package, as specified in the attached TORs. Proposal Submission Requirements Please attach the following documents: 1. The technical and financial proposal must be dated and stamped. 2. The technical specifications for each product must be fully explained. 3. Images of all products must be attached, bearing the service providers stamp. 4. The delivery period must be specified. 5. The warranty period and type must be specified. 6. All attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for each governorate and type of supply must be stamped and signed. 7. A copy of relevant previous work or projects must be attached. 8. A valid copy of the commercial registration and tax card must be attached.
