Tenders are invited for Providing Cash Transfer Services to Beneficiaries of the Sustainable Development Foundation in the Governorates of Lahj, Aden, and Al Dhalea The deadline for submitting bids and opening envelopes is Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM. This is the final date for receiving envelopes, and bidders or their representatives must be present with an official, signed, and stamped authorization to attend the opening. Any bid received after this deadline will be returned unopened to the sender. The opening will take place at 1:15 PM on the same day at the Foundations office in Aden, Khormaksar, next to the Lebanese University, opposite Abdul Bari Qasim Girls School. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing 3 sealed inner envelopes (Bid Guarantee - Financial Offer with Legal Documents - Technical Offer), all sealed with red wax and delivered to Aden - Khor Maksar, next to the Lebanese University - opposite Abdul Bari Qasim Girls School - (No envelope will be accepted unless it is sealed with red wax) and written on it the name of the entity, the project, the tender number, and the name of the bidder, and inside it the following documents: · Bid Guarantee - The bid guarantee is set at a fixed amount of (1000) US dollars, valid for (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes, or a certified check issued in the name of the Sustainable Development Foundation - and any bid not accompanied by the bid guarantee will be rejected. · A copy of a valid commercial registration · A copy of a valid tax card · A copy of a valid professional practice license. · A copy of a valid Zakat card. · No bid will be accepted and will not qualify for technical and financial analysis unless it meets the above preliminary documentation requirements. The Sustainable Development Foundation is not obligated to accept bids unless the technical specifications are attached - and those who do not comply with the specifications will be excluded. Note that the institution is not obligated to award the contract to the lowest bidder.
