The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, stamped with red wax, to the address shown above, and marked with the name of Yemen Mobile Company, the name and number of the tender, and the name of the bidder. The following documents must be attached to the bid: 1. A bank guarantee, in the same format as specified in the tender documents, for a fixed amount (as specified in the table above), valid for (as specified in the table above) days from the date of bid opening, or a certified check or bank draft. 2. A copy of a valid commercial registration certificate. 3. A copy of a valid general sales tax registration certificate. 4. A copy of a valid tax card. 5. A copy of a valid zakat card. 6. A copy of a valid social security card. 7. A copy of a valid professional practice certificate. Foreign companies are exempt from submitting the aforementioned certificates and cards, and it is sufficient to submit the qualifying legal documents issued by the countries to which those companies belong. The validity period of the bid must not be less than (as specified in the table above) from the date of opening the envelopes. The deadline for receiving bids is 10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned in their original condition to their owners.
