Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. Oxfam is supporting the host community in the rehabilitation and renovation of the water points available in the country. Therefore, Oxfam is seeking a supplier to supply and deliver water filter consumables in Haouche Tall Safeyie, North Bekaa. SPECIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES REQUIRED Requested items: Check Attache ToR The supplier must: Ensure that the supplied items are brand new not renewed, and that applies to all the supplied items. Oxfam will pay based on the signed GRN and the submitted invoice, within 30 days. 5. EXPERIENCE OR PROFILE REQUIREMENTS The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies: Essential I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. Copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status. Confirmation letter of delivery time 1 working day. Please attach a letter. Data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name. Financial Folder: Detailed financial offer for the Bill of Quantities (Price should include delivery fees) Oxfam withholds the right to conduct interviews with one or more potential suppliers before an award decision is made. The purpose of the interview is to seek further clarification on the submitted quotations and learn more about the background and previous experiences of the potential suppliers and their teams. 7.
