EOI received after the submission deadline shall not be considered for evaluation. 2. Maximum six (6) firms/JVs shallbe shortlisted. 3. The Eol shall be submitted in the prescribed EOI format and through the prescribed submission method. 4. Each lead firm, JV partner and proposed sub-consultant/associate shall be clearly identified with role and responsibility. 5. Each firm/JV may submit up to ten (10) of its most relevant completed Projects undertaken within the last ten (10) years for technical evaluation. If more than ten (10) Projects are submitted, only the first ten (10) most relevant Projects shall be considered for evaluation. 6. All Projects shall be supported by verifiable documentary evidence, such as a client-issued completion certificate. Experience shall be considered only where the firms role, scope of services, level of involvement, and contribution are clearly demonstrated. Projects without a client-issued completion certificate shall not be considered for evaluation. The completion certificates must be legible and, if issued in a language other than English, shall be accompanied by a notarized English translation along with the original certificate. 7. Consortium with three (3) or less firms (whether in the form of a JV or involving sub-consultants) shall be preferred. Nepali firms are encouraged to participate in the Joint Venture. 8. Any sub-consultant participating in more than one (1) consortium shall be discouraged. 9.
