The Purpose Is To Make It Possible For The Municipalities To Highlight And Better Weight These Considerations In Spatial Planning, And To Contribute To More Knowledge-Based, Transparent And Efficient Planning Processes. The Assignment Is In Three Parts, With Parts 1 And 2 To Be Completed By 10 December 2026, In The Form Of A Preliminary, Internal Memo To Kdd. By 31 March 2027, The Investigator Must Complete Part 3 Of The Project And The Final Report For The Entire Assignment. The Results Are Presented In A Meeting With The Client. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is Nok 1,400,000 Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client.
