The Client Is Looking For A Competent Supplier Who Must Deliver A Complete 1St Level Service Desk Incl. User Administration, Client Operation, Triage, Solution Of Standard Tasks, Support For Meeting And Av Equipment, Operational Monitoring, Coordination With 2Nd/3Rd Level As Well As Relevant Cooperation With Dansk Retursystems Other External Suppliers. The Service Desk Function Must Support The Ordering Partys Processes, Governance, Security Requirements And Tools, Including When Using The Ordering Partys Itsm Platform As A Primary Work Tool.
