Characteristic Of The Assignment Is: • No Bulk Or Generic Hiring; • Predominantly Customized And Specialist Profiles; • High Degree Of Variation In Assignments. The Assignment Focuses On Supplying High-Quality, Suitable Candidates For Often Unique And Specialist Positions, Mainly Within The Domains: • Technology Within A Water Board; • Specialists In The Field Of Water; • It; • Business Management. Hdsr Needs One Or More Suppliers Who Provide Temporary Workers For All Positions. The Services We Request From This Supplier(S) Are: • Recruitment And Selection Of Candidates; • (Lawfully) Contracting Temporary Workers; • Management And Completeness Of The Hiring File; • Invoicing And Payment Process; • Supply Of Management Information. The Focus Is On Ensuring Continuity, Healthy Competition And Partnership. The Current Distribution Is Around 90% Permanent Employees And 10% Flexible Employees. This Distribution Is Expected To Remain At The Same Level In The Coming Years. Hdsr Currently Employs Approximately 850 Employees. For The Full Possible Term Of 4 Years, The Indicative Value Of All Framework Agreements Together Is: € 48.1 Million Excluding Vat. The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreements Together Is €72.2 Million Excluding Vat For The Full Possible Term Of 4 Years.
