Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For Training Facilities Working At Defense Heights

The Central Government Real Estate Agency (Hereinafter: Rvb) Is The Real Estate Organization Of And For The Central Government And Is Part Of The Ministry Of The Interior And Kingdom Relations. In Our Role As The Governments Real Estate Manager, The Rvb Is Responsible, Among Other Things, For The Maintenance And New Construction Of Defense Real Estate. Our Mission Is To Provide Ready-To-Use, Safe And Future-Proof Sustainable Real Estate For The Activities Of Its Customers In An Efficient And Effective Manner. In This Way, It Contributes To The Successful Performance Of Its Core Tasks By The Ministry Of Defense. The Ministry Of Defense Is The Rvbs Customer With Regard To The Management And Maintenance Of The Real Estate. The Proposed Framework Agreement Concerns The Maintenance Of Part Of The Defense Sports Real Estate, Namely The “Working At Height Training Facilities” (Hereinafter: Tf Woh). See Also Section 2.1.1 Of The Tender Guidelines. The (Estimated) Value Is 52,000,000.00 Euros. The Maximum Size For This Framework Agreement Is Eur 65,000,000.00 And Applies For The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including Any Extensions. When Determining The Estimated And Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreement, Assumptions Were Made With Regard To The Requirements. The Actual Requirements Depend On Future Developments And The Budget To Be Made Available For This. For Example, The Size Of The Framework Agreement May Be Zero Or Considerably More Than Estimated. To Accommodate Possible Future Developments, The Established Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreement Is Higher Than The Estimated Size. Except For Termination Of The Framework Agreement If The Maximum Size Is Exceeded, Entrepreneurs Cannot In Any Way Derive Any Rights From The Estimated Or Maximum Size. The Rvb Strives To Distribute Turnover Evenly Over The Different Years And To Make It As Predictable As Possible.
