Work Detail
The Client Is And Remains The Owner Of The Area, Including Twente Airport, But Intends To Transfer The Operation And Management Of Twente Airport To A Market Party. The Concessionaire Acts Independently And At Its Own Expense And Risk, Within The Framework Of The Concession Agreement. The Concessionaire Is Responsible For The Operational And Commercial Functioning Of Twente Airport, Including Airport Management, Attracting Users And Customers, Complying With Applicable Laws And Regulations, Such As The Airport Decree And Obtaining And Maintaining The Necessary Permits, Exemptions And Permissions. When Operating, The Concessionaire Must Take Into Account The Applicable Policy Frameworks, Environmental Plan And Other Laws And Regulations, Including The Airport Decree And Some Umbrella Permits. See The Tender Documents. Estimation Of The Assignment Is Based On 50 Years (Initial Term And Possible Extension Options) Including A One-Off Contribution To Major Track Maintenance At The Start.
