If Requested - After Prior Coordination With And Approval From The Municipality - Input Is Provided On Questions From Accountant, Audit Office, Municipal Council, Portfolio Holder(S), Municipal Executive And Participation In Relevant Consultations. • Provide Substantive Input On The Relevant (Policy) Documents To Be Drawn Up, Including But Not Limited To The Annual Land Price Letter To Be Determined, In Which Land Values ​​Are Included For Various Different Land Functions. • Preparing And Numerically Processing The P&C Documents Such As The Annual Accounts And Multi-Year Budget For The Land Company. • Advising On The Annual Land Price Letter.
