Tenders Are Invited For Environmental Incident Response

The Municipal Organizations, Namely The Municipality Of Alphen-Chaam, The Municipality Of Baarle-Nassau And Gilze En Rijen (Abg), The Municipality Of Etten-Leur, The Municipality Of Halderberge, The Municipality Of Moerdijk, The Municipality Of Woensdrecht, The Municipality Of Zundert, Hereinafter Referred To As The “Contracting Authority” Or “Client”, Intend To Tender The Contract For Environmental Incident Response. The Expected Indicative Annual Size Amounts To An Average Of € 350,000 Excluding Vat. Over A Term Of Four (4) Contract Years, This Amounts To A Total Of Approximately € 1,400,000 Excluding Vat And Price Indexation. The Size Described Above Is Based On Historical Figures Over Recent Years And Provides An Indication Of The Expected Size. However, The Future Needs Within The Municipalities Are And Remain Unpredictable, Because They Involve Unexpected Events That Deviate From Standard Business Activities And Cannot Be Estimated In Advance. The Nature, Scale And Cause Of Incidents Can Therefore Vary Greatly, Which Makes The Scale Unpredictable. The Actual Size May Be Lower Or Higher Than The Size Estimated Above. Therefore, The Maximum Size Of The Entire Contract Has Been Set At An Estimated Value, Namely € 2,000,000 Excluding Vat For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement. This Excludes Any Price Indexation. If The Above-Mentioned Scope Is Reached Within The Contract Term, The Framework Agreement Will Terminate By Operation Of Law, Unless Legislation Allows The Framework Agreement To Be (Temporarily) Extended Or Bridged. The Limit On The Scope Of The Agreement Is Independent Of Any Term Or Contract Duration
