The Municipality Of Smallingerland Invites Interested Parties To Submit A Tender For The European Tender For Temporary Staff Hiring For: • Lot 1 – Field Service Up To And Including Scale 7; • Lot 2 – Payroll Services. The Reason For This Tender Is That The Maximum Value Of The Previously Concluded Framework Agreements Has Been Reached Prematurely. This Makes It Necessary To Put The Contract Out To Tender Again At European Level. • With This Tender, The Municipality Of Smallingerland Aims To: • Guarantee Continuity Of Services; • Collaborate With Professional And Reliable Contractors; • Maintain Flexibility In The Use Of Temporary Staff; • To Comply With The Applicable Procurement Law Obligations; • To Provide Efficient And High-Quality Services. The Assignment Includes: 1.1.1 Lot 1 - Field Service Up To And Including Scale 7 Providing Temporary Staff For Executive Field Service Functions. This Includes: • Drivers; • Bridge Keepers; • District Managers; • Recycling Center Employees; • Co-Drivers; • Other Executive Field Service Functions Up To And Including Scale 7. 1.1.2 Lot 2 - Payroll Services Carrying Out Payroll Services For The Municipality Of Smallingerland. This Includes: • Contracting Payroll Employees; • Payroll Administration; • Employership; • Processing Of Payroll Taxes; • Absenteeism Guidance; • Other Administrative Activities Associated With Payrolling. The Assignment Expressly Does Not Include: • Recruitment And Selection Services Outside The Scope Of The Lots; • Structural Training Places; • Services That Are Not Directly Related To Staff Hiring Or Payroll.
