Pixelated Single-Photon Semiconductor Detector For Measuring X-Rays In The Low Wavelength Range (Cu-K?). The Detector Is To Be Integrated Into The Existing Small-Angle X-Ray Scattering System (Rigaku S-Max 3000). Due To The Existing Installation, The Detector Should Either Be Mountable To A Vacuum System Via A Flange And Thus Allow Operation In A Vacuum At Least On The Beam Side, Or Be Operated Entirely In A Vacuum.
