Descriptiontrondheim Municipality, Hereinafter Referred To As The Contracting Authority, Invites You To Offer Legal Assistance For Users At The Crisis Centre. The Crisis Center In Trondheim Municipality Applies For An Annual Grant For Legal Assistance At The Crisis Centre. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure That The Crisis Centres Users And Residents Receive Fast And Safe Legal Assistance. These Are Users Who Are In An Acute Life Crisis Characterized By Violence In Close Relationships, Abuse, Threats, Honour-Related Violence Or Human Trafficking. The Framework Agreement Basically Covers Initial Guidance And Advice Limited To 2-3 Hours. Refer To Other Documents In The Competition, As Well As Requirements And Criteria In The Mercell Portal For Further Details. Questions Submitted In The Period 27 July 2026 - 15 August 2026 Will Be Answered After 15 August 2026.
