The Contractor Will Perform The Following Activities For Each Of The Identified Positions: Assessment Of The Compliance Of Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For Constructions In The Sense Of Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Zut, In Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Zut; Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Constructive Part Of The Investment Projects Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Zut. Compliance Assessment Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Item 6 Of The Zut Of Investment Projects Within The Meaning Of Art. 142, Para. 11 Of The Zut. Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 166 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). The Scope Of Construction Supervision Activities During Construction Is According To Art. 168 Of The Zut, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Site Is Put Into Operation. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 R. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 And Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut.
