The Subject Of The Order Covers The Performance Of All The Necessary Activities For The Preparation Of Food According To Dietary Menus And Its Delivery To The Medical Facility For Three Meals A Day For Patients - An Average Of About 100 People. The Diet Menus Are Prepared In Accordance With The Collection Of Recipes For Diet Meals For Public Catering Establishments And Health-Prophylactic Establishments, Published By Di Technique From 1984 And The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 23 Of 19.07.2005 On The Physiological Norms For Nutrition Of The Population, Issued By The Ministry Of Health (Promulgated Sg No. 63 Of 02.08.2005). The Specific Dishes On Menus And Quantities Are Specified Daily. Food Must Be Packaged In Suitable Individual Catering Packaging For Single Use. The Contractor Must Have Transportation For The Delivery And Its Own Staff To Distribute The Food And To Clean Up After The Meal. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement (Diets, According To Which The Menus Must Be Prepared And Executed) Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification.
