Household-Refuse Collection Services – Collection Yard Operator For The City Of Neratovice. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Ensuring The Operation Of Waste Collection Facilities In Accordance With Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, As Amended, For The Acceptance Of Waste Produced In The Territory Of The City Of Neratovice From The Contracting Authority, From Natural Persons Not Doing Business With Permanent Residence In The City Of Neratovice And From Property Owners In The Territory Of The City Of Neratovice And Ensuring Return Collection In Accordance With Act No. 542/2020 Coll., On End-Of-Life Products, (Part Two) As Amended, From The Above-Mentioned Persons, And The Subsequent Management Of Accepted Waste (The Described Facility Will Be Collectively Referred To As The Collection Yard). The Collection Yard Will Also Include The Establishment Of A Re-Use Center.
