The Parties Will Establish The Final Material And Financial Schedule Within 5 Business Days From The Delivery Of The Preliminary Material And Financial Schedule By The Contractor. 2) Purchase And Delivery Of Stage Ii, Consisting In The Delivery Of The Remaining Devices In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule, Delivery And Launch Of A Configured Virtualization Cluster, Installation And Assembly Works And Launch Of The Delivered Devices In The Existing Environment, Submission Of As-Built Documentation, And Instruction In The Practical Operation Of The Purchased Solution - Within 4 Months To The Date Of Signing The Contract, With Payment In 2027.
