The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Heavy Rotator Technical Rescue Vehicle - 4 Pieces, In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Which Is Also The Evidence In Question). 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use, Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law And Be Free From Legal Defects. 3. The Method Of Transport And Packaging Of The Equipment Must Ensure Protection Against Damage. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused By Improper Packaging And/Or Transport. 4. Each Car Described In Annex 4 To The Swz Must Be Delivered Separately To The Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service Specified In The Order Documents. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Services, Method Of Carrying Out The Order And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Following Documents: - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz For Short) And - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, I.E. Draft Provisions Of The Contract
