The Subject Of The Order Is Preparation Of Technical Documentation And Construction Of The Olioc Warehouse In Jabłonka In The Design And Build Formula With Technical And Operational Parameters In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards. 1.1. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Project Is Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025–2026. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of An Olioc Warehouse In The Town Of Jabłonka On The Plot With Registration Number 4067/10, Jabłonka District, Together With The Necessary Infrastructure And The Supply Of Equipment And Fittings, In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program And The Changes Made, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law, Standards And Technical Knowledge As Well As Construction Art. 1.3. Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Construction And Detailed Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities, 2) Obtaining All Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Checks, Resolutions, Expert Opinions, Decisions, Etc., 3) Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Contract, Building Permit Decision(S) And Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, 4) Preparation Of An As-Built Survey Report, 5) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Complete Set Of Documents Necessary To Report The Completion Of The Works Or Submit An Application For An Occupancy Permit (No Later Than On The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, 6) Exercising Authors Supervision, 2.
