The Matter Scope Of The Works Includes: 1) Works In The Field Of Preparation Of The Site For Construction; 2) Works In The Field Of Passing Areas; 3) Works In The Field Of Exits; 4) Works In The Field Of Road Surface And Shoulders; 5) Installing Vertical And Horizontal Signs; 6) Finishing Works.3. A Detailed Description Of The Investment Implementation Is Described In The Design Documentation, Stwoir. Details To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Investment Implementation.4 The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Following Documents:1) Annex No. 1 To Swz - Design Documentation Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Tonowo, Janowiec Wielkopolski Commune;2) Annex No. 2 To Swz - Site Plan;2A) Annex No. 2A To Swz - Extract From The Cadastral Map - Designed Section From Km 0+700.00 To Km 1+360.70, L = 661.00 M;3) Annex No. 3 To Swz - Normal Cross-Sections;4) Annex No. 4 To Swz - Longitudinal Section;5) Annex No. 5 To Swz - Bill Of Quantities;6) Annex No. 6 To Swz - Detailed Technical Specifications For Acceptance And Execution Of Works;7) Annex No. 7 To Swz - Certificate - Starosta Of Żniński; The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Design Documentation Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature, The Remaining Design Documentation Is Of Fundamental Importance For The Valuation And Determination Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. Signs And Barriers That Will Be Used In Connection With The Planned Works Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.7. In Order To Confirm Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, The Contractor May Rely On The Technical Or Professional Abilities Or Financial Or Economic Situation Of Third Parties, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Art. 118–123 Of The Public Procurement Law.
