Staromiejska In Namysłów Together With Stormwater Drainage, Road Lighting And Technological Ducts In The Following Streets: Fredry, Leśmiana, Morsztyna, Mrożka, Szymborska, Zapolska And Without A Name, Constituting An Attachment To The Application For Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment. Length Of Road Sections To Be Designed - Approx. 3.8 Km. The Town Of Namysłów Has A Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No. 384/Viii/21 Of The City Council In Namysłów Of February 11, 2021 On The Adoption Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The City Of Namysłów. The Contractor Will Organize The Documents And Materials Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order On Its Own, And Their Cost Will Be Included In The Offer Price. The Design Documentation Must Include Information Whether The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Social, Environmental Aspects Or Labels In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1, 101 Section 1 And 104 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law. The Design Documentation Should Take Into Account Accessibility Requirements For People With Disabilities. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Excessive Technical Difficulties, Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution And Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract.
