The Order Will Be Implemented In The 2026/2027 School Year From September 1, 2026 To July 31, 2027, And In The Case Of The School Complex. The Number Of Children/Students Is Based On Information Submitted By Individual Educational Units. The List Of Educational Units, Towns Covered By Transport And The Number Of Transported Children/Students From Individual Towns Are Given In Annex 9. The Amounts Given Above May Change Depending On The Parents Decision Regarding A Change Of Place Of Residence, A Change Of The School Where The Child Will Fulfill Compulsory Schooling Or Study, As Well As For Other Reasons That May Occur. Ordering A Smaller Number Of Services Is Not Treated As A Withdrawal From The Contract By The Ordering Party And Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor, In Particular For Compensation
