Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Postal And Courier Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Period From August 1, 2026 To July 31, 2028.

The Subject Of The Contract Are Social Services Listed In Annex Xiv To Directive 2014/24/Eu With A Value Lower Than The Eu Thresholds Specified In Art. 359 Point 2 Of The Act, I.E. Whose Value Is Less Than The Equivalent Of Eur 750,000, But Not Less Than The Equivalent Of Pln 170,000. The Order Covers Provision Of Postal And Courier Services For The District Office In Ostrów Mazowiecka. The Provision Of Postal And Courier Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic Will Be Carried Out Within A Period Of 24 Months For The District Office In Ostrów Mazowiecka Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 558). And Will Consist In: 1) Accepting, Moving And Delivering Unregistered And Registered Items, Domestic And Foreign, And Parcels, And If Their Delivery Is Impossible, Returning These Items To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivery Or Handing Over To The Recipient; 2) Delivery By The Contractor Of Postal Items To Any Place In The Country And Abroad To The Provided Address To The Countries With Which Poland Has Contracts For The Provision Of Postal Services; 3) Delivery By Provider Of Domestic Courier Shipments In A Courier Envelope Up To 1 Kg.
