The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Bridge Along The District Road No. 3229D In The Town Of Stronie Śląskie, Km 0+013, Damaged During The Flood In September 2024, Along With The Execution Of Access Works To The Facility And All Preparatory, Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment And Restoring Full Functionality Of The Facility. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Applicable Legal Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.3. The Detailed Scope And Technology Of Carrying Out The Works Were Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory, Surveying And Organizational Works, Including The Development And Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization, Securing The Construction Site And The Existing Technical Infrastructure, Performance Of Measurement Works And Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory; 2) Carrying Out Demolition Works, Including The Dismantling Of The Surface, Elements Of The Bridge Equipment And Degraded Parts Of The Structure Of The Facility; 3) Performance Of Repair Works On The Bridge Structure, Including In Particular Repair Of The Surfaces Of Concrete Supports And The Load-Bearing Structure, Injection Of Cracks And Cracks, Reprofiling Of Defects, Implementation Of Anti-Corrosion Protection And Other Repair Works Provided For In The Design Documentation; 4) Construction Of Bridge Equipment Elements, Including Sidewalk Caps, Cornice Boards, Expansion Joint Devices, Waterproofing, Facility Drainage, Stone Curbs, Balustrades And Other Elements Provided For In The Design Documentation; 5) Execution Of New Structural Layers And Road Surface On The Facility And Road Works On The Approaches To The Bridge, Along With The Reconstruction Of Drainage Elements And Other Elements Of The Road; 6) Carrying Out All Finishing, Cleaning And Reconstruction Works, Restoring The Target Traffic Organization And Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Applicable Laws And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 2) Ensuring Full Surveying Services For The Investment, Including Carrying Out An As-Built Surveying Inventory; 3) Developing, Obtaining The Required Approvals And Implementing A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, As Well As Maintaining Markings And Securing The Work Site Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation. 4) Securing The Construction Site And Ensuring The Safety Of People And Property Th
