1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Greenery In The Strip Of Provincial Road No. 637 (City Center Route) From Km 79+000 To Km 80+800 In The City Of Węgrowa.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Of The Swz) And In The Bill Of Quantities (Part Iv Of The Swz).3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At Its Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of ​​The Service Based On The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Service Prepared By And At The Contractors Expense.4. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Oc) For Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Contract To The Subject Matter Of The Contract And To Third Parties For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 200,000.00.6.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided That Continuity Of Insurance Is Maintained, The Ordering Party Allows For A Situation In Which The Contractor Will Systematically Present, During The Duration Of The Contract, Policies Confirming That It Has Third Party Liability Insurance That Meets The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Parameters Instead Of One Policy For The Entire Contract Period. If The Policy Presented By The Contractor Does Not Cover The Entire Scope Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Another Insurance Policy That Meets The Above. Requirements No Later Than On The Last Day Of Validity Of The Previous Insurance Contract.6.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of Another Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days From The Expiry Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Fails To Fulfill The Above Obligation, The Ordering Party Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties For Delay In The Amount Specified In The Contract.6.3. If A Copy Of A Current And Paid Insurance Policy (Oc) Is Not Submitted Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.
