The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of A Two-Family Residential Building, Osada Tomanka 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Replacement Of Windows, Doors And Roof Windows, As Well As The Implementation Of Plasterboard Construction Along With Thermal Insulation Of The Attic. The Scope Of The Works Includes: 1. In Terms Of Window Joinery: • Dismantling Of Old, Sheet Metal External Window Sills; • Carving Out Old Windows From The Wall - 28 Pieces And External Doors - 2 Pieces; • Installation Of New Windows - 28 Pieces And External Doors - 2 Pieces; • Processing Of Internal And External Jambs; • Installation Of External Window Sills Made Of Coated Sheet Metal; • Double Painting With Paint (Color Matched To The Existing One) Of Internal And External Jambs. 2. In Terms Of Attic Insulation: • Dismantling The Plasterboard Construction; • Dismantling Thermal Insulation • Insulating Between Rafters; • Construction Of A Frame For Plasterboard Construction; • Installation Of A Second Layer Of Thermal Insulation With Mineral Wool; • Installation Of Vapor Barrier Foil; • Screwing Plasterboards • Grouting, Filling And Painting Plasterboards; Removal And Disposal Of Construction Debris, Disposal Of Dismantled Windows.
