The Subject Of The Order Is: Providing Comprehensive Investor Supervision Services For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 656 On The Woszczele - Ełk Section In The Scope Of Construction Of A Bicycle Road Stage 1 In The Town Of Woszczele And In The Town Of Siedliska3.1.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Swz And The Annexes To This Swz, Which The Ordering Party Made Available In An Electronic Version On The Tender Platform At The Address Indicated Above In Point. 2.2. Swz And The Original Documents Are Available For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Office.3.1.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Right. The Subject Of The Option Right Will Be The Exercise Of Investor Supervision Over Stage 2 And The Warranty Period In Construction Works For Stage 1 And Stage 2, In The 4Th And 5Th Year Of The Warranty Period. The Contractor Will Perform Investor Supervision Under The Option On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract For Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 656 On The Woszczele - Ełk Section In The Scope Of Construction Of A Bicycle Road Stage 1 In The Town Of Woszczele And In The Town Of Siedliska. The Ordering Party Reserves That It Will Be Able To Exercise The Option Right In The Scope Of Exercising Investor Supervision Over The Construction Works Of Stage 2 And The Warranty Period For The Construction Works. For Stage 1 And Stage 2, In The 4Th And 5Th Year Of The Warranty Period, Depending On The Ordering Partys Decision, If, Under The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works, The Contractor Performs A Similar Order (Stage 2) And Declares In The Offer A Warranty Period Longer Than 3 Years, But Not Longer Than 5 Years, And When The Services Resulting From The Option Right Are Within The Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party.
