1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Investment Titled Construction Of A Local Water Intake - Well. The Designed Well (Well No. 2) Will Be Constructed On Plot No. Geod. 253/4 – Szurpiły District, Jeleniewo Commune, Which Is Owned By The Jeleniewo Commune. The Above Plot Is Used For The Needs Of The Municipal Groundwater Intake, Next To It There Is Well No. 1 And The Hydrophore Building. The Designed Drilling Depth Of The Well Is 70 M. The Designed Capacity Of The Well Is Approximately 56 M3/H With A Depression Of Approximately S = 1.1 M.2. The Scope Of Works Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of The Site And Preparation For Drilling; 2) Drilling In Pipes Ø508 Mm And Ø457 Mm, 3) Installation Of A Well Filter With Filtration Backfill, 4) Removal Of Pipes Ø457 Mm And Ø508 Mm, 5) Test Pumping And Installation Of Well Equipment, 6) Disassembly Of Equipment And Tidying Up The Area, 7) Service Surveying.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Including The Water Law Report And Bill Of Quantities, Which Are Attachments To The Swz.4. The Contractor Should Report Any Errors, Omissions, Discrepancies In The Documentation During The Tender Procedure And Ask The Ordering Party For An Explanation. 5. Investment Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025/2026
