As Part Of The Modernization Of The Water Supply Network, It Is Planned To Replace Hydrants And Gate Valves In The Area Constituting The Paradyż Agglomeration. Hydrants Installed In The Water Supply Network Have A Triple Function:• Located At The Highest And Lowest Points Of The Network, They Provide Drainage And Venting Of The System• Located At The Ends Of The Network, As Well As Throughout Its Entire Course, They Allow For Rinsing The Network And Discharging The Runoff From Its Rinsing• They Are An Element Fire Protection The Lack Of Efficiency Of The Hydrants Prevents The Proper Operation Of The Network And Worsens The Conditions Of Its Operation. It Is Planned To Replace The Existing Hydrants With Hydrants With Double Closure In The Number Of 146 Pieces. Due To The Lack Of Efficiency Of The Valves, Which Results From The Period Of Their Use, It Is Planned To Replace The Number Of 93 Pieces. The Efficiency Of The Network Valves Allows For Its Proper Operation And Avoidance Of Large Water Losses. These Starts Occur When It Is Necessary To Turn Off A Section Of The Water Pipeline, E.G. During A Failure Or During The Expansion Of The Network (Section) And To Drain The Water In Order To Perform The Work. The More Faulty Gate Valves, The Longer The Section That Needs To Be Emptied And A Significant Amount Of Water Needs To Be Drained From The Network.
