The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Road On Plots With Registration Numbers 143/2, 145 In The Town Of Kalinowice: • A Class D Road With A Road Width Of 5.0 M, A Length Of 415.00 M, • A Road With An Asphalt Surface, • 0.75 M Wide Roadsides Made Of Aggregate, • Construction Of Street Lighting, • Construction Of Exits And Accesses To Gates Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, • Security Existing Underground, Above-Ground And Overground Networks, If Necessary, • Drainage Of Surface Roads, • Development Of Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization, • Implementation Of Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, No. 524, As Amended) Along With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of The Equipment And Materials Used, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, No. 524, As Amended). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Also Comply With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines. The Detailed Type Of Construction Works And The Scope Of Work Were Specified In The Documentation Attached To The Procedure, Which Includes: • Land Development Design, • Architectural And Construction Design For The Road And Electrical Industry, • Technical Design For The Road And Electrical Industry, • Detailed Design For The Road And Electrical Industry, • List Of Annexes To The Construction Design, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; • Bills Of Quantities Are Attached As Auxiliary. The Order Will Be Settled Lump Sum. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Construction Works And The Delivered And Incorporated Materials Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Warranty Period Of 36 Months And The Maximum Of 60 Months. If The Contractor Provides A Warranty Period Longer Than 60 Months, The 60-Month Period Will Be Subject To Evaluation. If The Contractor Provides A Warranty Period Shorter Than 36 Months, The Contractors Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report. The Ordering Party Requires Free Warranty Service For The Entire Warranty Period. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period Be Equal To The Warranty Period. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Warranty Rights For Physical Defects Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code Within The Periods Specified Therein - Regardless Of The Warranty Rights.
