A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Shown And Described In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2) And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 3) Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Order Terms (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).3. The Contractual Conditions For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement In Question Are Included In The Contract Template, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz. If There Are Grounds For Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data, The Contractor Undertakes To Sign An Agreement For Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data (In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Swz). 4. The Content Of The Announcement Includes The Estimated Total Value Of The Subject Of The Order With The Option Right - It Applies To The Value Of The Entire Order.
