The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works (Design And Build Formula) Consisting In Unsealing Impervious Surfaces (Deconcreting) And Restoring Vegetation On These Surfaces On Native Soil, As A Result Of Which Green Areas Will Be Created, Including Those With Blue Infrastructure, Conducive To The Preservation And Protection Of Biological Diversity.2. The Project Is Financed Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Measure Fenx.01.05. Nature Protection And Development Of Green Infrastructure, Type Fenx.01.05.5B Green And Blue Infrastructure With Appropriate Facilities - Deconcreting Of Urban Areas.3. The Order Concerns The Implementation Of Stage Iii Of The Project, Including The Location At Ul. Szpitalna In Białogard (Plots No. 123/1, 127 District 0011, Białogard) (Solidarity Square).4. The Subject Of The Order, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program In Annex No. 8 To Swz.5. In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between The Information Regarding The Scope Of The Contract, It Is Assumed That The Contractor Has Included In The Offer Price The Widest Possible Scope Resulting From Any Document Provided, Including Answers To Questions And Changes To The Content Of The Specification Of Terms Of Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz.
