The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Garbage Shelter With A Steel Structure, Along With Hardening The Ground Of The Farm Square And The Construction Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations To Power The Shelter On The Plot With Registration Number 10747/3 At Ul. Waryńskiego 33 In Suwałki In The Design And Build System.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, Including A Building Permit, If Required By Law, And In The Absence Of The Obligation To Obtain A Building Permit - Submitting A Notification Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And Obtaining An Effective Lack Of Objection From The Competent Authority, If Required; 2) Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Particular Of: A) Construction Of A Garbage Shelter With Steel Structure With Equipment And Operational Safeguards, B) Hardening The Area For The Shelter Along With Foundation Works, C) Implementing Electrical And Telecommunications Installations With Lighting, Access Control System And Video Monitoring, D) Demolition Of The Existing Triline Surface And Sand Pit Along With Concrete Elements, E) Restoring Green Areas And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed.3.
