Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Water Supply Network In The Cmolas Commune By Replacing Above-Ground Hydrants

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Water Supply Network In The Cmolas Commune By Replacing Ground Hydrants, I.E.: Dismantling The Existing Ground Hydrants And The Purchase And Installation Of New Ground Hydrants In The Water Supply Network In The Cmolas Commune. As Part Of The Investment, 200 Hydrants Are Planned To Be Replaced Along With The Necessary Equipment And Fittings (I.E. Flanged Gate Valves, Gate Valve Boxes, Telescopic Housings For Gate Valves). The Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Appendix No. 4 To The Swz And Technical Description - Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. The Materials Used Must Be Brand New And Have The Following Documents: - Catalog Card, - Current Pzh Certificates, - Declarations Of Conformity, - Iso Certificate. Required Warranty Period For The Fittings - 10 Years (Manufacturers Warranty). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Above-Mentioned Documents And Documents Confirming The Length Of The Warranty Period Before Signing The Contract. Sanitary Fittings Intended For The Execution Of The Order Will Be Delivered And Assembled Based On Products Of One Manufacturer. The Dismantled Hydrants Remain The Property Of The Ordering Party And Should Be Placed In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. In Addition, The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Rinsing, Disinfection And Performance Testing Of The Hydrants, - Making New Hydrant Markings. And A Hydrant Valve - On A Fence Or Concrete Post, - Geodetic Inventory And As-Built Inventory Including, Among Others, Specification Of The Location And Diameters And Type Of Hydrants. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order: A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Legal Provisions And Technical Knowledge, As Well As In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Users And Third Parties, B) All Tools, Materials And Resources Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Provided By The Contractor At His Own Expense, C) The Materials And Equipment From Which The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 30, 2002 On The Conformity Assessment System (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 215, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts Issued On Their Basis, As Well As Other Applicable Legal Provisions, As Well As Due To Contact With Water Should Have A Pzh Certificate Allowing For Use In Drinking Water Intended For Human Consumption, Valid On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, D) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: Transport Waste And Work Residues On Their Own And At Their Own Expense To Entities Authorized To Coll
