1. The Subject Of The Order Is Expansion Of The Existing Playground At The Nursery In Rybno, Including: 1) Demolition Works And Site Preparation, 2) Construction Of Retaining Walls, 3) Construction Of Safe Surfaces And Communication Routes, 4) Purchase And Installation Of Devices Permanently Attached To The Ground And Small Architectural Objects, 5) Purchase And Installation Of Fencing And Entrance Gates, 6) Purchase And Installation Of Shade Elements And Storage Compartments. 2. The Task Includes Equipping The Playground Area With A Play Set With A Slide And Manipulation Devices, A Swing, A House - A Gazebo, A House, A Swing, Fitness Elements, An Obstacle Course, Benches With Tables, Manipulation Boards, Waste Bins, A Lighting Lamp, A New Fence, Boards With Regulations, A Sensory Path, Shade Sails, Flower Beds. A Detailed List Of Elements Is Provided In The Drawing Part. Additionally, It Is Planned To Redesign The Height Of The Area And Systematize Access To The Upper Area, Which Is Currently Used As A Recreational Area. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177 Standards And The Requirements Of The Labor Fund Program Active Playgrounds 2026. In Particular: 1) Safe Surfaces Must Be Certified, 2) The Contractor Must Provide Documents Confirming Compliance Of The Devices And Surfaces With The Standards. 4. The Colors Of The Elements Must Be Agreed And Accepted By The Ordering Party Before They Are Manufactured. Subdued Colors, Reminiscent Of Nature, Are Recommended. The Contractor Must Verify The Compatibility Of The Devices. The Safe Zones Of Individual Devices Cannot Overlap. 5. Documentation Attached And Includes 2 Stages. The Proceedings In Question Concern Only Stage I. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Attached Technical Documentation Of Stage I And The Offer Cost Estimate Of Stage I. 6. The Investment In Question Is In The Process Of Obtaining A Building Permit. 7. Before Starting The Works, An Opening Audit Was Performed. The Condition For Final Acceptance And Payment Of The Invoice Issued By The Contractor For The Work Performed Will Be The Ordering Partys Obtaining A Positive Document From The Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Playground Carried Out By An Independent, Specialized And External Inspection Unit, Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground Or Surface With The Pn-En 1176 Or 1177 Standards. If Non-Compliance Is Found, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove Them At Its Own Expense Within The Period Specified By The Ordering Party. After Making Corrections And Re-Inspection, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Issue An Invoice For Payment. If An Additional Post-Assembly Inspection Is Performed Due To The Contractors Fault, The Expense Related To The Inspection Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 8.
