1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of The Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Poznań, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template (Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz).2) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 24-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order.3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has: A) Accreditation Issued By The Polish Accreditation Center, Or B) Foreign Accreditation Certificates Issued By Accreditation Bodies Which Signatories Of The Multilateral Ea Or Ilac Agreement On Environmental Noise Measurement Methods - Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 30, 2002 On The Conformity Assessment System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 215), In The Field Of Noise Measurements: Tram, Railway, Road, Aviation And Industrial Noise C) Calculation Programs Using The Methods Recommended By The Commission Directive (Eu) 2015/996, Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.4) Ordering Party, In Accordance With Point Iii. 2.4 The Opz Requires The Contractor To Carry Out Noise Measurements At 20 Points Indicated By The Ordering Party, Or More, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. 5) A Detailed Description Of The Terms Of The Order Execution Is Specified In The Contract Template With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
