Stage 1 Includes Reconstruction Renovation Works In The Scope Of: - Finishing Works And Replacement Of Joinery And Roof Covering (Without Interfering With The Roof Truss); Changing The Functional Layout Without Interfering With The Structural Elements Of The Building, - Electrical Installation, - Water And Sewage Installation; Stage 2 Will Be Carried Out In The Following Parts: - As Part Of Part I, Reconstruction Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out In The Scope Of Repairing The Facade And Replacing Windows And Doors; - As Part Of Part Ii, Reconstruction Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out In The Scope Of Finishing Works And Replacing Internal Windows; Changing The Functional Layout Without Interfering With The Structural Elements Of The Building, Renovation And Reconstruction Works In The Field Of Heating Installation, Electrical And Telecommunications Installation, As Well As Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installation.
