The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Authors Supervision, Execution Of Construction Works And Acceptance For The Reconstruction Of A Landing Field For Rescue Helicopters As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Reconstruction Of The Landing Pad For Rescue Helicopters At The Provincial Specialist Hospital Of The Blessed Virgin Mary In Order To Adapt To Applicable Regulations.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Design And Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Together With Authors Supervision, Including: A) The Architectural And Construction Part And The Executive Design - Copy 4B) Electrical Installation - Copy 4 C) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Copy 3D) Obtaining All Required Arrangements Necessary To Carry Out The Task (Including Arrangements With The Air Ambulance Service) E) Submission On Behalf Of The Investor To The Competent Administrative Authority Architectural And Construction, A Complete Application For Issuing A Building Permit, Free Of Formal Defects (If This Results From The Applicable Regulations) F) Obtaining The Final Building Permit, I.E. Causing The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority To Issue A Decision Regarding The Building Permit And Obtaining The Decision To Become Final (If This Results From The Applicable Regulations) G) Preparing Information On Safety And Health Protection Due To The Specific Nature Of The Designed Building H) Obtaining The Necessary Materials, Arrangements, Decisions, Permits, Etc.
