1. The Ordering Party Commissions And The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Internal Elevator In The Building Of Primary School No. 1 At Ul. Wielkie Garbary 9 In Toruń.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Demolition And Construction Works, Such As: Construction Of An Internal Elevator Shaft With A Reinforced Concrete Load-Bearing Structure, Placed On A Reinforced Concrete Foundation Slab, Delivery And Assembly Of An Electric Passenger Lift With Shaft Dimensions Of 2.1 X 2.23 M, Adapted To Transport Disabled People, The Elevator Will Serve 5 Levels; 2) Electrical And Telecommunications Works Regarding The Power Supply And Equipment Of The Elevator; 3) Sanitary Works Consisting In Replacing A Section Of Steel Pipe.3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Ewa Sytek, Running A Business Under The Name: Sytek-Projekty Ewa Sytek; Components Of The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On An Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment, Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Of Persons Performing The Following Activities Related To Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: Physical Activities And Operation Of Machines During General Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works.
